We are Blessed to have an in house Knife Smith! In this picture is a piece he made without power tools, it was done that way for two reasons. Firstly as to pay homage to the Smith's of Old, and secondly to show and prove.
The piece has been named Just-in Case.
Dear Just-in is a piece of 1084 Carbon Steel that has been Heat treated and tempered to around 58 Rockwell.
Ready for a Lifetime of Service.
He has a Full hidden tang and is .187" thick. With a beautiful Mirror finish.
